Plans
On the website, this page’s plan cards show each plan’s monthly price and what it includes. Use the USA | Canada toggle to pick your country: USA prices are in US dollars with tax included, and Canada prices are in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes. Each plan includes a number of monitored channels and daily tests per channel. A channel is a voice circuit, a data circuit, a website, or an email check.
If a plan is not enough, there are two add-ons, billed monthly:
- Extra channel: one more monitored channel.
- Extra daily test: one more test per day, billed per channel.
The monthly price is: plan price + extra channels × extra-channel price + extra daily tests × extra-daily-test price × number of channels (included plus extra).
For example, a plan with 1 channel, plus 2 extra channels and 1 extra daily test: plan price + 2 × extra channel + 1 × extra daily test × 3 channels.
The Enterprise plan is on request, priced per organization.
What each plan includes, such as its alert channels, the escalation list and reports with the SLA, is on its card, which comes from 2N5’s own plan table. If a card does not list something, the plan does not include it.
What is included?

| Alerts | Through the channels the plan’s card lists, with a retest before alerting |

| Dashboard access | For your company’s managers, each in their own part |
How do I buy?
- Choose a plan and click the button on its card.
- Book the demo: the request reaches 2N5 with the plan you chose. It is three questions, about a minute.
- 2N5 shows you Monitor with the numbers you chose.
- You send the form with the circuits and contacts, and 2N5 handles onboarding.
Want to compare before choosing a plan?
The guide to VoIP monitoring tools in Brazil and the comparisons show, with the source for every claim, where Monitor differs from other tools. The SIP trunk, 0800 and IVR monitoring guide explains what is monitored, and the SLA entry defines the term used in the reports.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to monitor 0800 numbers and SIP trunks?
It depends on the plan: the monthly plans are published on this page, in US dollars with tax included for the USA and in Canadian dollars plus applicable taxes for Canada. Each plan includes a number of monitored channels and daily tests per channel; a channel is a voice circuit, a data circuit, a website, or an email check. If you need more, you add extra channels and extra daily tests. The Enterprise plan is on request, priced per organization.
Is there a free trial?
There is the demo: 2N5 sets up Monitor with the numbers you choose and shows how it would handle a failure on them, with the SIP code and the alert your team would receive. Because it is a managed service, there is no self-service sign-up to try it on your own.
Is onboarding charged separately?
Onboarding is done by 2N5 as part of the managed service. You send the form with the circuits and contacts; 2N5 adds them, verifies each circuit with a real call, records the reference greeting, and sets up the alert ladder and the reports.
